1. Nature of the service
Meta-Healing provides a guided hypnosis session intended for personal reflection, relaxation, and general well-being. Hypnosis is a collaborative process: you remain aware, retain free will, and may stop the session at any time.
This service is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. No doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other clinical relationship is created.
2. Eligibility and health disclosure
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to consent. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are participating voluntarily.
Before the session, you agree to disclose any condition that could affect safe participation, including epilepsy or seizure disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, recent psychiatric hospitalization, active suicidal thoughts, or the use of medication or substances that alter awareness. Meta-Healing may decline or stop a session when participation may not be appropriate.
Do not participate while driving, operating machinery, intoxicated, or in a place where you cannot sit or lie down safely and privately.
3. No emergency or crisis services
Meta-Healing does not provide emergency services or crisis intervention. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or have a medical or psychiatric emergency, do not book or wait for a session. Call 911 in the United States or contact the emergency service or crisis line where you are located.
4. Results and possible responses
Individual responses to hypnosis vary. No particular physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, or therapeutic result is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials, if shown, describe individual experiences and are not a promise of your outcome.
A session may bring up strong emotions, memories, physical sensations, fatigue, or temporary discomfort. Memory experienced during hypnosis can be incomplete, symbolic, altered, or inaccurate and should not be treated as independently verified fact or used as the sole basis for medical, legal, family, or financial decisions.
5. Booking, preferred date, and payment
The session price is $5,000 USD, plus any tax shown at checkout. You authorize a one-time charge for the amount displayed before payment.
The date and time entered in the booking form are preferences, not a guaranteed or exclusive appointment. Payment reserves the service, but the exact appointment is confirmed separately by Meta-Healing. You are responsible for providing a working email address and reviewing the confirmation sent to you.
6. Rescheduling, cancellation, and interruptions
Requests to change or cancel an appointment must be sent directly to Meta-Healing as soon as possible. Availability for a new date is not guaranteed. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the terms communicated with your confirmed appointment and any rights that cannot legally be waived.
If technology, illness, safety concerns, or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control prevent completion, the parties may arrange a reasonable alternative date or other remedy permitted by applicable law.
7. Privacy and confidentiality
Booking information and session communications are handled with reasonable care and used to provide the service, process payment, communicate about the appointment, and meet legal obligations. Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for internet, email, video, or payment systems.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect a person from serious and imminent harm, to investigate fraud or payment disputes, or to service providers necessary to operate the booking and payment systems. Do not record the session without prior written agreement from all participants.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing a safe, quiet setting; using reliable equipment and internet access; following reasonable safety instructions; and deciding whether to act on anything discussed. You agree to treat the practitioner respectfully and not use the service for an unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
9. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
You understand the nature and limitations of hypnosis described above and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks of participating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta-Healing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made after a session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta-Healing’s total liability arising from the purchased session will not exceed the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
10. Agreement and electronic acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and continuing to payment, you confirm that you had the opportunity to read these terms, understand them, consent to participate, and agree to be bound by the version shown on the date of acceptance. Your electronic acceptance and its timestamp may be stored with your booking record.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. These terms are governed by the law applicable to Meta-Healing’s place of business, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
